Simulation of price and excise increase on consumption and government revenue is one more chapter of the Regional Study from 2019, conducted by six countries from the SEE region.
Each country from the study has researched this topic and made its own analysis on the subject from national perspective.
Using results from topics 2 and 3, authors simulated the impact of increase in tobacco excise and price on consumption and government budget.
